Musty odors, chemical/off-gassing concerns, VOC screening, formaldehyde screening, hydrogen sulfide/sewer-gas screening where applicable, and odor-migration observations.
Dust, Particles & Ventilation
Black dust, particulate levels including PM1, PM2.5, PM4 and PM10, COâ‚‚, temperature, humidity, HVAC/PTAC conditions, and ventilation concerns.
